Summoning staves
New- Two starter staves at the workbench, Bone Call and Grave Call, summon skeleton thralls that fight with their fists.
- Three more staves up to the Plains: Barrow Call (Swamp), Frostbone Call (Mountains) and Warbone Call (Plains). Their skeletons carry swords, a mace and shields.
- Vanilla summoning staves (Dead Raiser, roots, troll, spirit caller) also hold eitr instead of spending it, and their summons live for a limited time.
- Vanilla summoning staves no longer depend on Blood Magic: the skill sets neither the number of summons nor their level or damage. Only free eitr limits them.
- The stronger the staff, the longer its summons live: Staff of the Wild 45 s, Trollstav 50 s, Spirit Caller 60 s (Dead Raiser 40 s, the mod's staves 15–35 s).
- New world setting "Vanilla summoning staves" gives them back their fully vanilla mechanics.
- A living thrall reserves eitr: more eitr, more thralls. Thralls are short-lived and wither away; effect duration extends them.
- Limit now calls more minions per cast, for the mod's staves and vanilla ones: each extra minion holds its own eitr and costs one more cast's stamina. If eitr or stamina runs short, as many are called as you can afford.
- Summoning staves roll only minion properties: damage, health, duration, resistance, armour, rune shield, speed, crit and aggression.
- Under the hotbar on the left: a portrait with the thrall count and their health bars.
- While thralls hold eitr, the eitr bar always stays on screen, and the held part shows as a dark segment at its end. You can turn this off in the interface settings.
- Summoned creatures, the mod's and vanilla ones, are no longer pets: they can't be petted, fed or renamed, and bonuses to tamed creatures don't apply to them. Minion bonuses do.
