Crafting from nearby chests for the Smith and the Tanner is now one shared mastery: weapons, armour, shields and tools, by the kind of item rather than its materials. It can be taken once; if you took it in both crafts, the extra point is refunded.
Nearby Chests (supplies)
Changed
The Hunter, the Cook and the Brewer share one mastery for crafting from nearby chests: ammo, bombs, food, mead, oils and materials. It can be taken once; a duplicate pick refunds its point.
Interface and usability
Map
Map settings
Changed
The map settings window is reworked, with new sliders «Your arrow» and «Other players» for the size of your own arrow and other players' arrows.
Settings
Enemy health bar size
New
Settings → UI → Enemies has two new sliders: «Enemy health bar size» (the enemy bar with its name and stars; bosses are unchanged) and «Enemy health number size». Health numbers are larger by default with a solid outline, readable over the frame.
Tree window
Mod version in the tree window corner
New
The mod version is shown small and muted in the lower left corner of the tree window.
Translations
Remaining lines translated
Changed
About 400 lines that still showed in English in French, Spanish and both Portuguese (about 190 in Russian) are translated: profession names, words like "on hit" and "while running", creature modifier settings, settings groups, rune staves, bombs and essences. Translators of new languages now get these lines in the template.
Fixes
Interface
Rune notice on screen
Fixed
The rune notice in the middle of the screen (level up, dungeon cleared, night bonus) shows again: in 4.13.6 it vanished, and after a long session it broke into fragments and coloured noise.
Map settings button
Fixed
The settings gear on the large map now shows for everyone: if it was missing, it appears when the map opens and sits above other mods' panels.
World
Axe heads in chests
Fixed
Early axe heads for dual axes show up in Meadows chests again. A chest holding an item that exists only in chests is no longer rerolled: its loot stays whole and 2-4 stacks of biome loot are added on top.
Items
Material stacks
Fixed
Bones, coins and other materials stack in one slot again. Everything that stacks and is not worn (materials, food, coins, mead) stacks regardless of the item's world level - in the bag, in chests and when dragging one stack onto another. Loot from the mod's chests no longer lands in a separate stack.
