The Herder mastery Beast Portal is back as its own option: tamed animals that follow you go through portals and dungeon entrances with you.
Quick Mark
Changed
One Shift+Y marks the whole patch: every object of the same kind within 10 m (mushrooms, berries, ore) is counted, the mark sits in the middle with ×N, and a mark of that kind nearby is recounted rather than doubled.
Shift+Y on a portal labels the mark with the portal's name instead of a generic 'Portal'.
Interface and usability
Map
Bear Cave icon
New
The Bear Cave has its own map icon.
Fixes
Mod compatibility
Crafting window with InventorySlots and ZenUI
Fixed
With InventorySlots or ZenUI installed, our category grid no longer lies over their recipe list: the crafting window is left to them.
Master's Mark with crafting window mods
Fixed
Master's Mark's upgrade limit now follows your attributes, not only the vanilla crafting window: with crafting window mods the Upgrade tab is no longer empty.
Item card with Epic Loot
Fixed
Epic Loot enchanted items no longer fall back to the vanilla tooltip without our numbers: if one part of the card can't be read, only that part is skipped.
Craft tree
Beast Bearer and the flight into the sky
Fixed
Picking up a tamed animal no longer seats you on it and throws you both into the sky, Any Saddle included.
Any Saddle and the log
Fixed
Any Saddle's invisible saddles no longer write 'Setting saddle' to the log for every animal loaded.
Unfinished nodes in planning
Fixed
Unfinished craft tree nodes can no longer be marked: they used to be marked and then vanish on Apply.
World
Chest loot
Fixed
Biome loot is now put in a chest when the game fills it, not when it is opened: nothing rerolls when someone else opens it. Epic Loot's loot is added to ours and no longer replaced, in our extra chests too.
Server configuration
Experience and levels
Level curve back to 0.9
Changed
The main tree's level curve exponent is back from 1.2 to 0.9: late levels cost less again. Configs with the old default 1.2 move on their own; a custom value stays.
Enemy difficulty
Eikthyr is tougher
Changed
The Meadows still get no difficulty bonus, but their boss now has its own multipliers like every other boss: health ×1.65, damage ×1.025. Old default values in the config update on their own; numbers you set stay.
